Supernatural Salvation

Hello Peeps!

Related imageToday, I just wanted to post this short inspirational clip about a Muslim Imam who had a supernatural encounter with Jesus that transformed His faith. He was brought up in a strict Muslim family however, his encounter with Jesus changed his life. Take a look at how God reaches someone who isn’t a believer. There is nothing that is too hard for God to do and in watching this, I believe that the Lord loves us so much that He will always try to reach out to us in various ways whether it be through people, things, events or even with an encounter with the divine. Nothing is too hard for my Jesus. I pray that as you watch this, may it bless your spirit today and please share with someone else that is struggling to believe that God loves them, Amen! God Bless You Everybody! 😀

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

“Therefore let it be known to you that the salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will hear it!

The Just Live by Faith ] For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,

How Great Thou Art!!!!

salvation_is_foundHi Everybody!

Okay, I think I’m addicted to StikYard…This group is phenomenal in their worship. Talk about unrestricted praise…and with DRUMS!!!!! 😀

There are times in life that you may face challenges and obstacles, but when  you think of How great God is…your challenge or issue today will become smaller in your eyes when you Magnify God in your praise. There are days people act like they have nothing to be thankful for, but each day is a gift and we should not take each day for granted because it could be our very last day.

If you knew you were going to die tomorrow, would you still give God praise or would you simply wallow in self-pity?

What you do right now is just as important as what you did yesterday and what you will do tomorrow. Everything you do in life is important to God and that is why we must make room to Magnify the Lord in our daily walk. Look at where you are right now and ask yourself, did you give the Lord any thanks for what He has done in your day? If not, take a minute to give Him thanks right now, and I mean right NOW.

I know of someone who was adamant that she would not believe in God and thought Christians were “Bible Thumpers” and yet she liked me ironically and enjoyed my company. She was struck with cancer last year and during the time she was away I would call her every now and then to chat with her and check on her even though I was going through my own trial with being laid off without a job etc, and she knew I was a Christian, but she saw me as a “different type” of Christian and yet still refused to acknowledge God. Even though she was stubborn about it, I still prayed for her. Sometimes, when we talk about God, not everyone is willing to accept Him, but the point is, our job is to share about Him anyway.

She revealed a lot to me concerning her family issues and her bitterness and finished with Chemotherapy a few months ago last year. She was making plans to return back to work, however, today, I heard sad news that this same lady passed away. I pray that she found the Lord before her time was up because I knew where she stood concerning the message of salvation, and she did not seem interested to hear the Good news even though it was shared with her. Life was like a flickering flame for her and she did not know, that her time to choose was about to burn out.

We cannot walk around presumptuously thinking “I have all the time in the world”....Are you really sure of that?????

Sometimes we are too busy making other plans in our lives that we can’t seem to see that God is important and we need to make time for GOD in our lives.

Christians are lights to the world that can’t see God. The question I have for you today is how bright is your flame? Is yours dimming through unbelief, increased ignorance and indifference, or is your light shining brightly and burning ablaze with passion for God? It occurred to me that we must assess how bright our flames are as Christians in our daily walk…

If people can’t tell where you stand by just looking at you, then something is out of alignment. Take a look in the mirror my friend and tell me what you see? If Christ isn’t in you…what or who is?

How can we be lights to the world, if we are dim in our convictions towards our salvation and our belief in Christ Jesus?

How will the world know of Him if you are too busy trying to hide Him from others? Or are you simply hiding from Christ yourself?

If you are ashamed of Jesus, Jesus says He too will be ashamed of us. For if Christ is in you, the shame you exhibit falls upon the Christ that is inside of you.  Do not be ashamed of Who you are in Christ, rather Fear Him and remember, the light in you guides all our disconnected brothers and sisters back to Jesus.

Mark 8:38

If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy angels.”

Luke 9:26

Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.

Hebrews 2:10-12

10 In bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through what he suffered.11 Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters.[a] 12 He says,

“I will declare your name to my brothers and sisters;
in the assembly I will sing your praises.”[b]

Today, focus on what is important and seek to increase that flame of passion in you today. Magnify God in your life by what you say and do and seek to make Him a priority in your life. Make His name famous by living out what you believe out loud so that those that never knew Him can hear His name and call upon it so that they too can be saved. We are life lines to those walking in the wrong direction so seek to be the lighthouse that guides  people back to the Heart of the Father, Amen!

Romans 1:16

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.

Today, be blessed by this song called “How Great Thou Art” by StikYard. I guarantee that this presentation will bless you.

A Modern Day Paul in Iran

A Modern Day Paul in Iran

Before he became a believer, the Apostle Paul dragged Christians out of their houses to imprison or kill them. A modern day Iranian named Taher was no better; he even threatened to kill his own family because they became Christians. Like Paul, he received a vision of the Lord that turned his life upside down.

Taher was the last one anyone expected to convert to Christianity. He was well respected as a Haji, a pilgrim who had made the Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca. His wife was a Haji-eh; she had also made the pilgrimage. So when his daughter came to Christ, Taher was very angry. When his wife became a believer in Christ, he grew even angrier. When even his son turned his back on Islam and accepted Christ, his anger turned to rage.

He tried to force his family back into Islam in every way he could. He quoted the Koran; he forbade them to visit the church; he beat them; and he threatened to inform the secret police. At one point he even threatened to kill them with his bare hands. His efforts were to no avail. His family didn’t leave Christ; instead they left him and fled abroad.

After the initial anger over his family’s flight subsided, Taher began to feel lonely. In his growing despair, he memorized Koran verses and focused on Allah, whom he served so passionately. “Please show me your face,” he begged. The resounding silence made him doubt. What if this god he was serving didn’t exist after all and his family was right? He didn’t know if he should believe Allah or Jesus, the Bible or the Koran. In desperation he cried out, “I will believe in the God who reveals Himself to me.”

The living God answered his prayers through a dream. In his dream, a man riding a donkey came toward him. He had never seen the man before, but the man hugged him and said, “I will clean you from all your sins; you are free. I will give you rest. Believe in me.” Taher asked, “But what will happen if I sin again?” The man on the donkey replied with the same words, “I will clean all your sins.” Then the man on the donkey left, leaving Taher dumbfounded. Another man approached him in his dream. “Do you know the man on the donkey?” the man asked. “No, I don’t, Taher replied. “He is Jesus Christ,” the man said. “He cleans your sins.”

Taher woke up and mulled over the dream. When he went back to sleep, the same dream played before him. Waking up a second time, he became afraid. He had served Allah for 45 years. He was a Haji. How could he leave Islam? But when he finally fell asleep again, he had the same dream a third time. Waking up from this third dream, he could not escape the conviction that Jesus Christ was the only true God.

Taher was now convinced that Jesus is the true God, but he was unsure what he should do next. Everyone in the church knew what he had done to his family, but he realized that he had to visit the church he had forbidden his family to attend, the only place he knew that could tell him more about this man on the donkey. He cautiously entered the church. The Christians present were astonished and at the same time afraid. Wasn’t he the man that threatened to kill his own wife, son and daughter because they accepted Christ? One of the church leaders stepped forward. “How can I help you?” he asked. The answer was unexpected. “I want to pray, go to church and give my life to Christ,” Taher said, “but I don’t know how.” The leader was amazed and unsure if he should trust Taher; he could be a government spy. “I saw Jesus in a dream, I saw his face!” Taher explained.

As time went by, the church leaders started trusting him. Taher was like a baby: eager to learn more and more about Christ. After a discipleship period, he quickly became involved in ministry work, risking his life for Jesus. When his family, who had been praying for him ever since they left, heard of the transformation in Taher’s life, they praised God for answering their prayers and happily welcomed Taher back into the family. Taher now lives abroad with his family, rejoicing that they can worship together without fear.

Father, we stand in awe at how You drew Taher to Yourself out of the darkness of sin and false religion, out of persecution of Your church. We praise You that You have raised him up to know You, to have a new heart, to be strengthened through Your Word and to be reunited with the family he almost destroyed. Thank You that they are living in religious freedom now, gathering as a family with the saints to worship You freely in Spirit and in truth. We pray for those left behind to nurture and disciple others in Iran who come to faith in Christ. We pray Your protection over them as You grow Your church there. And we pray for the day when all Christians in Iran can gather freely to worship You. In the name of Jesus who brings spiritual freedom to the captives. Amen.

Joshua 24:15

And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
Jesus said to him, “I athe way the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Revelation 3:20

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

From Satanist to Christian – The Power of the Loving Church

Hi Everybody,

I just had to share this testimony of John who was a Satanic Priest who practiced Santeria and the power of how the Loving Church helped him to Choose Jesus Christ as Lord.  The Power of the Loving Church can transform lives.

This Testimony is so moving and I feel that as Christians, we cannot underestimate the power of Love and the Prayers of the righteous that avail much. Love delivers hope where there was hoplessness. Love reveals the truth that sets people free. Jesus loves His Church and He loves ALL people. He loves you even if you do not believe in Him. Jesus believes in you. Watch this video and consider that if you are wavering in your faith, or if you don’t have a reason to believe in Jesus, know that Jesus came to Save you and me. He loves you so much that He does not want you to live without knowing the True love of God for His Children. You are loved by God and Jesus is the Good Shepherd. He will leave his flock in the pasture just to save that one that is lost or is not part of it, and bring that one back with the rest of the sheep. He will watch out for all of His people. Jesus loves you, believe that, receive that and accept Jesus into your life and watch Him move and do amazing things for you as you embark the journey of Faith in His Holy Name.

People of God, Christians, we haven’t got the time to judge others who don’t know Jesus. We are the light in the non-believers darkness, we are the Christ-like representatives that need to show them the heart of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through our actions. Demonstrate the true heart of the Good shepherd today. Show other people the love of God with your Actions. It’s not enough to talk about the love of God, you have to be the personified demonstration of that Love. Love through Action speaks greater volumes to a non-believer than words, because Love in Action is what fuels faith. Let us be the Love that the world who does not know God can see so that when they see it in action, they will believe in God and receive Jesus into their Heart and become saved. Think about this today and live love out loud.

God Bless you everybody!

John 10:1-21

New King James Version (NKJV)

Jesus the True Shepherd

10 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.” Jesus used this illustration, but they did not understand the things which He spoke to them.

Jesus the Good Shepherd

Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who ever came before Me[a] are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

1“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. 1But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them. 13 The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about the sheep. 14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. 15 As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.

17 “Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. 18 No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father.”

19 Therefore there was a division again among the Jews because of these sayings. 20 And many of them said, “He has a demon and is mad. Why do you listen to Him?”

21 Others said, “These are not the words of one who has a demon. Can a demon open the eyes of the blind?”

The Game Changer: Living in the Presence of God

Hi Everybody!

It’s been a while since I’ve written anything on here but what I would like to do is something a little different. I’m posting a video of Michael Jr. who is a Christian Comedian who brings about the reality of being Christian in a humorous light. Trust me this Video will bless you.

Life is full of things that can make us steer away from remaining in Christ, but there is something about living in the Presence of God that brings meaning to your life that you will begin to see that God uses your talents that He gave you to Give Him Glory.

Every person is significant because you were born with a purpose. That purpose is to be uniquely YOU; the YOU at its Full Potential. God made everyone uniquely original and never made cheap copies. The reason why the Devil is a counterfeiter is because God is an ORIGINAL MAKER. Thank GOD I’m Original!

Why did I entitle this post “The Game Changer: Living in the Presence of God”?  I’ve been in meditation for quite sometime now and something in me has been asking this same question over and over to God. How can people afford to live WITHOUT the Presence of the Almighty God? The truth is…we are but a walking corpse if we have no evidence of Christ living in us and working through us. It says in the Bible that Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life . If we want to live with the Father, we have to invite Jesus into our lives. There is no other way but JESUS!

John 14:6
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

We can fool ourselves and think it’s enough to simply walk into a church and act like Christ is in you when you have never invited Him into your life. I love how Michael Jr. puts it when he says that we are all houses and Jesus is outside that house. The Truth is we want to invite Him in but our houses are soo messed up that we have been trying to clean it up ourselves before we can ever let Him in.  The truth is, Jesus wants to come in and Help You clean, but He can’t help you if you keep Him out. God sees you for who you really are, and no matter how much you try to fix things yourself, there’s nothing better than allowing Jesus to walk right into your house and Help you clean.  Jesus literally SAVED you from doing all the clean up yourself because He is all you need.

The Presence of God allows you to see yourself for who you really are. Have you ever had a messy room and tried to find an item that you wanted but couldn’t find it and then when you call for help to clean up your room, you find things easily. Yes…that is what I’m talking about. You need that extra help to find WHO YOU REALLY ARE, and that help that you need can only be through a SUPERNATURAL source which is through JESUS. God is the one who created your house to begin with so He already knows where to look for the pieces that you are trying so hard to find. Let JESUS in and be who God destined you to be.

When I pray, I find myself in constant conversation with God and sometimes I have arguments, but the amazing thing about God is that He is a patient listener because I have come to find that He is amused when I spend time ranting and raving because God enjoys quality time with His children. The question is….do we spend enough quality time with our Lord? God wants us to Draw near to Him because He will draw near to you.

James 4:8
Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

The Presence of God is not a mere feeling that God is around you…the Presence of God is knowing that He lives inside of you.

When you love someone, you will think about them all the time and that is how that person lives inside of  you. In the same way, when you love God, He lives inside of you through your HEART because you are thinking about Him all the time. In the same way, you live in God’s Heart because He first thought of you before you came into being. He knew you before you were even conceived…you are that precious to God, so it’s time to make God precious to You in your own Heart.

It’s time to live in God’s presence, because wherever God is, you will have the fullness of Joy.

Acts 2:28

You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence.’

LIVE IN GOD’S PRESENCE  AND NEVER LET HIM GO, AMEN!

Check Michael Jr’s Video out and be Blessed.

Here is a song to minister to your spirit today by Israel Houghton called  Your Presence is Heaven to Me.
God Bless you everybody!

Nothing is Impossible

Happy Sunday Everybody!

God is sooooo good that I just had to share this little story here about what Faith is. Sometimes we have things that we can and cannot do in life. With the things we can do, we must do those things to the best of our ability, but with the things we cannot do, that is when we must learn to lean on God for help. Seek Him and Enjoy this Story.

Source: http://thebeststatus.com/nothing-is-impossible/

Nothing is Impossible.

A young man working in the army was constantly humiliated because he believed in God.

One day the captain decided to humiliate him before the troops. He called the young man and said:

– Young man, take the key and go and park the Jeep in front.

The young man replied:
– I can not drive!

The captain said:
– But then ask your assistance from God! Shows us that He exists!

The young man took the key and walked to the vehicle, praying the whole time.

…As a result he parked the Jeep to the place PERFECTLY well as the captain wanted.

The young man came out of the jeep and saw them all crying.

They all said together:
– We want to serve your God!

The young soldier was astonished, he wanted to know what was going on?

CAPTAIN was crying, and he opened the hood of the jeep showing the young man that the car had no engine.

Then the boy said:
See? This is the God I serve, the God who gives life to what does not exist. You may think there are things that are still impossible, but with God all things are possible.

THIS GOD OF IMPOSSIBILITY WILL BE YOUR GOD TODAY!

A Prayer for Free People

Hi Everybody!

Hope you are all having a great week. I came across this video which I’m posting today as a word of encouragement and inspiration to uplift anybody’s heart today. It is such a true gift to be free from a life that was bleak without God. Salvation is  a gift and freedom begins with a choice — by choosing Jesus to be our Lord and Savior; walking in the same spirit, in the same mind, in the same body as Christ did for us. Be blessed Everybody!

Thought of the Day: So You’re Christian Huh?

Hi Everybody!

I think I’m on spoken word mode.  This video I’m sharing really makes you look at where you stand in Christ. It’s one thing to know about God, but it’s another to be in relationship with Him. We can’t have an acquaintance-like relationship with Jesus by knowing Him in Name only and yet ignore Him for who He really is to us; He is our Lord and Savior and King of kings. May this Video help us to search deep within to know where we really stand. It’s amazing how much scripture Shawn Presley used in his spoken word, but the truth is needed to be heard in order to confront that which we try to shove under the carpet.

It’s amazing how much we try not to face ourselves when we say we are walking “in Christ” and yet live jaded lives thinking that God is blind to our acts of omission or commission to sin. In some cases, we Christians act engaged to Christ and yet are divorced from the Father’s love for us for the mere fact that we aren’t living for God wholly. It’s sad to have a part-time Christian faith when really God seeks a full-time marriage commitment of Faith.  If we are the Bride of Christ as we so claim, we must no longer portray a mistress status with our King. Let’s dig deep and pray that the Church of Jesus Christ wakes up to see its real face and not live a compromised life swaying like a pendulum with the world’s way of living and start pursuing righteousness for what it is- living in right-standing with Christ. May we confess before God for not really being what we are meant to be in His Eyes which is to be Joint-Heirs with Christ Jesus. We can’t claim to be a powerful church, if we aren’t even plugged-in to the source which is in Christ our solid Rock, our redeemer and foundation of faith. May God help us be the Church that we ought to be and may we as Christians humble ourselves before the King of kings and repent for not being what we should be before Him. Let’s re-align ourselves back to the heart of the Father and seek to live in right-standing with Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior, Amen!

Enjoy the Video and God bless you Everybody!

Net-work Evangelism -The Power of ONE

via johnpowley.wol.org

Hi Everybody!

I’ve been wanting to write some things but haven’t had time for the past few days because I was part of a Woman’s Conference at my church that was absolutely phenomenal. All I can say is if you are around in Toronto next year, come on down to my church for the next conference. You’ll be blessed. Dr. Che Ahn and Dr. Sharon Nesbitt were our guest speakers and I believe many women were blessed by their words of exhortation and various truth encounters through the release of the Prophetic Word. Healings took place as people forgave those they had been harboring bitterness towards others. It’s amazing how something as simple as Bitterness can keep you bound from receiving divine healing. People, all I can say is, if you haven’t forgiven some people in your life and you aren’t feeling well in your body…you gotta let go of the anger, the hatred, and the bitterness and just forgive. Forgiveness isn’t so much about the other person, forgiveness is for you. When you let go of that person in your heart, you allow Jesus back into yours and He heals every part that was consumed by negative emotions, thoughts and deeds. In the Conference, people started to get healed when they decided by FAITH to forgive. Hallelujah! God is GOOD! AMEN!

So today, my Post is about Net-Work Evangelism.

Did you know that by ministering the gospel to ONE person you can change a NATION?

I know it sounds far-fetched for you to believe, but I have a video to explain my point. You have no idea what the POWER of ONE can do in your life. I talked about casting your net and respecting the easily cast-away fish by expressing true compassion and letting go of prejudice in one of my earlier posts. I believe that you should never underestimate who you encounter in life. Consider that the one person you speak to today is a door that leads you closer to your destiny. You may not know how many people are behind that door, but if you decide in your heart that as you cast your net in obedience to God and set aside your pride and your prejudice and seek to speak that Word of Truth into someones heart today, you not only save one soul, but you save an entire nation because of who that ONE person is attached to. I want you to understand that when Abraham and Sarah had Isaac, Isaac wasn’t just their son, he was a nation because of the generations that flowed after him. Every person is a nation, when you evangelize to One, you evangelize to a nation. This is how a GENERATION is saved in CHRIST. When we aim for that ONE person, we in fact save an entire GENERATION and NATIONS.

So today, consider that one person that you share the message of hope is in fact within the Net-work of Evangelism that can save not just a Generation, but an Entire Nation! Think on this today and GOD BLESS YOU EVERYBODY!
