Well, I’m happy to say that my driver’s license is going to be reinstated! Woohoooo! 😀 Praise God!!!!! It’s been a long journey to recovery since it was medically suspended for more than a year because I had to recover from a sickness that causes short-term memory loss – Encephalitis. I know that my twin will be happy to have me back in the drivers’ seat since she’s been the one driving me around everywhere lol. I praise God for all He has done for me.
Sometimes we can get bitter when the road to recovery seems to be taking forever…and I mean forever!!! But, it also causes you to be humble and appreciate the finer things in life that you often take for granted. Tomorrow is not promised so praise God for what you do have today and learn to be thankful and grateful. I feel so relieved that the whole thing about “Being anxious for nothing…. for sufficient for the day is its own trouble” brings a whole new meaning to my life. I admit, I was slightly anxious about today’s cognitive and driving test but praying helps me calm the flip down when I feel troubled. At the end of the day, that’s how we learn to build on trusting God all the more especially when our hearts are troubled, He is the one that calms the storms that we have to face in life. So for today, give God thanks and make your requests known to God so that He can answer to whatever your need maybe for the day. He is able to satisfy the desires of your heart when you put your trust in Him, Amen!
5 Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Today, I want to post this song by Elevation Worship called Forever I Run. I pray that this song blesses your Spirit today. God Bless You everybody!
