In All This – I Believe (Poem by Yours Truly)

In all this, I believe,

That we can be all that we can be.

No one can tell you that you can’t,

Those that hate you are stuck because they want,

to be that person God wants them to be.

They stop and hit at those that strive,

Because they’re jealous of how you thrive.

Tell them Trust in the Lord with all your Heart, your Mind, your Soul,

For God is the one who blesses all.

Do not fret for those that lack Faith,

They need an example so that they can learn to wait,

On the promises of God that seek His Face,

He rewards all who are humble with Mercy and Grace.

Pursue Him with all your Heart, your Mind, and Soul,

He has the power to be the Forgiver of all.

We all make mistakes along the way,

But for those that like being fake,

Miss out on the things that they can get,

If only they learned to forgive and forget,

The errors of others that hurt their spirit,

Truly Truly we need the Holy Spirit!

Believe and know that God Loves us All,

Believe and Trust He Blesses All,

That seek His face in Spirit and Truth,

No one can deceive you, they have no Proof,

That You are not Loved by the One who Loved you First,

The Giver of Life, the One that took the Curse,

On that lonely tree to save Us who sinned,

Died and rose up to help us be redeemed.

I am in Love with the One that Gave His Life,

The One that taught Us, He is the Way, The Truth and the Life.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God,

The One I praise, the One I Behold.

This is my first attempt at a poem after a long long time for I am deeply out of practice, but I hope this blesses you today.

  1. Thanks for sharing!
I think my lesson for today was “Do not fret for those that lack Faith! They need an example so that they can learn to wait on the promises of God that seek His Face”.
